 Corn Belt Capital was founded by Ryan Hintze, a Bettendorf, Iowa–based real estate developer and operator with a background in construction management and asset operations. With over 20 years of construction field and management experience, Ryan brings deep technical expertise to commercial development, having worked on a wide range of projects including hospitals, military installations, data centers, industrial facilities, and commercial office and retail developments.

Since transitioning into commercial development in 2019, Ryan has led the firm with a hands-on, owner-operator approach, remaining directly involved in site selection, development, construction oversight, leasing, and ongoing operations. Corn Belt Capital focuses on disciplined execution, durable assets, and repeatable results, with a portfolio spanning industrial warehouses, destination entertainment properties, indoor sports facilities, and land development across Eastern Iowa.
