Ryan Hintze

Corn Belt Capital was founded by Ryan Hintze, a Bettendorf, Iowa-based developer with over 20 years of construction field and management experience. Before shifting to commercial development in 2019, Ryan worked on hospitals, military installations, data centers, industrial facilities, and commercial office and retail projects.

That technical depth shapes how Corn Belt Capital approaches every project. Ryan stays directly involved in site selection, development, construction oversight, leasing, and ongoing operations. The result is a portfolio built on disciplined execution and durable assets, not just deal flow.
